As a remote LCSW, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while working from the comfort of your home or designated remote location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address patient needs and promote recovery.

• Ensure patient safety by assessing risks such as suicidality or danger to self/others during initial evaluations and ongoing sessions.

• Facilitate continuity of care by confirming discharge appointments with patients and their families well in advance of discharge.
\n
• Communicate effectively with referral sources and outpatient providers during the admission, midpoint, and discharge phases to uphold seamless transitions.

• Lead psychoeducational groups aimed at empowering patients with coping skills and recovery information.
\n
• Actively participate in clinical outreach initiatives, contributing to program tours and community education sessions.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention during therapy sessions and in the overall milieu to maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

• Assist the treatment team by collaborating with milieu staff to ensure the highest quality of clinical practice.
\n
• Complete discharge planning processes from the day of admission, ensuring all patients understand their transition plans and available resources post-discharge.

• Document all patient interactions, initial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes in a timely and professional manner.
