Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations for new clients to establish a personalized therapeutic approach tailored to their needs.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing best practices in mental health care.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatments to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Document all client interactions accurately and securely in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Stay current with developments in mental health treatments and methodologies to provide the best possible care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to foster professional development and enhance team collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your expertise will aid clients in developing coping strategies and achieving personal growth through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least two years of professional experience in the field of mental health counseling.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

• Experience with EMR systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, in addition to a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, generous paid time off, and life insurance.
