Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to foster positive outcomes.

• Support clients experiencing PTSD by providing structured, empathetic guidance aimed at helping them navigate their experiences and emotional responses effectively.

• Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring regular follow-up and adjustments to treatment strategies based on client progress, while making necessary referrals to complementary services when needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ICD-9 standards to ensure accurate reporting and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work predominantly with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, particularly PTSD and emotional health issues. This role requires an understanding of trauma-informed care and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and sensitivity in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• Current licensure in the State of California, including LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT credentials.
