Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and crisis situations.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and needs of your clients.

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Engaging in teletherapy to deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions that meet the needs of your clients.

• Offering crisis intervention services when necessary to ensure client safety and support.

• Participating in ongoing professional development activities by attending workshops and training, staying current with mental health best practices and innovative therapy modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold:

• A valid and current professional license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Viva Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on the therapist's caseload and expertise. In addition, we provide:
