Salary: $63,000 - 103,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a D365 Technical Lead.
• At least 8 years creating and managing Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• At least 8 years customizing and implementing D365 forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and business process flows (BPFs).
• At least 5 years of custom development experience with .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
• At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• At least 3 years using standard and premium connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Desired: 2 years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments.
• Desired: 5 years of experience with data integrations and migrations using ADF and SSIS packages.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, adapt to a fast-changing environment, plan and achieve goals, and handle complex tasks.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining expected support levels, participate in on-call duties, and provide after-hours support as needed.

• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis; design, configure, implement, test, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Customize, configure, develop, deploy, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly the Customer Service module.
• Design and build web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform tools, and C#.
• Troubleshoot and remediate Dynamics 365 technical issues, document solutions, and coordinate fixes with system administrators and other IT resources.
• Apply Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licensing knowledge, follow implementation best practices, and define or refine platform governance for VDOT.
• Create and share platform documentation, including requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis.
• Prepare mockups and prototypes, and use Power Platform features to propose solutions that address business needs.
• Liaise between IT and business units, managing issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
• Help customers distinguish between Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other technology options; recommend efficient solutions and alternatives.
• Work with developers and system engineers to review and improve processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program, and propose or implement procedural changes aligned with agency priorities.
