Senior Dynamics Developer

Salary: $114,000 - 154,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a D365 Technical Lead.
• At least 8 years of experience creating and managing solutions with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• At least 8 years of experience customizing and implementing D365 forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and business process flows (BPFs).
• At least 5 years of custom development experience with .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
• At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• At least 3 years of experience using standard and premium connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
• Demonstrated experience customizing, configuring, developing, deploying, and using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team while managing individual tasks, adapt to a fast-changing environment, and independently handle complex work.
• Ability to work remotely while providing the expected level of support, participate in on-call duties as needed, and support after-hours work when required.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments.
• Preferred: At least 5 years of experience with data integrations and migrations using ADF and SSIS packages.

• Support requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Design and develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform technologies, and C#.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 technical issues, document solutions, and coordinate fixes with system administrators and other IT resources.
• Apply Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licensing knowledge, follow implementation best practices, and define or refine platform governance.
• Create and share platform documentation, including requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis.
• Develop mockups and prototypes, using Power Platform tools and features to propose solutions that address business needs.
• Liaise between IT and business units, coordinating issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
• Help customers evaluate Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and alternative technologies; identify efficient approaches and recommend suitable options.
• Improve processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program.
• Review existing processes and procedures, recommend changes, and help implement or direct those changes.
• Collaborate with developers and system engineers, using experience and judgment to plan and complete work.

We are DataStaff, Inc., seeking a Senior Dynamics Developer for a long-term contract with one of our direct clients in Richmond, Virginia. This is a hybrid role: you will work in the office four days per week for the first two months, then once per week. The opportunity is available on a corp-to-corp or W-2 basis.
