Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions to address client-specific mental health issues.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, doctors, and social workers, to create a cohesive intervention strategy.

• Providing families and primary caregivers with resources and strategies to better support clients in their recovery process.
\n
• Identifying behaviors and potential barriers to recovery and taking proactive measures to mitigate these challenges.

• Documenting therapy sessions in a clear, concise manner and maintaining compliance with privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC with Freedom Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a varied demographic that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clientele often face issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Understanding the specific needs of each group and utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is critical in helping clients reach their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
\n
• Proven experience working in a mental health counseling capacity or related role with a strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Solid knowledge of psychopharmacology and its implications in mental health treatment.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to empathize and connect with diverse populations.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, while also being self-motivated and capable of managing an independent caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000 based on experience and productivity.
