Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to formulate, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring all interventions are based on psychosocial assessments.

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide timely interventions for patients, maintaining meticulous records that comply with our organizational policies and standards.

• Offer individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, and educational support to help navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Coordinate with families and community resources to facilitate comprehensive discharge planning and ongoing support post-treatment.

• Utilize electronic medical records and telehealth platforms to ensure seamless integration of care and precise documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents dealing with the consequences of trauma and abuse. You will work closely with their families to address relational dynamics and provide support that fosters a safe and healing environment. By understanding the unique challenges posed by each individual case, you will be instrumental in helping clients build coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LICSW license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to operate independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
