This role is designed to offer a balanced work-life experience, with a flexible schedule allowing for 30 to 40 hours of work per week. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your day-to-day responsibilities from the comfort of your home, while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Facilitating pre-crisis and crisis planning, including creating behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Completing all required documentation promptly and in accordance with regulatory standards to ensure compliance.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to assess clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans.

• Engaging actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of our services.

• Serving as a liaison with service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance integrated care.

• Creating and sustaining effective communication channels within the team to align with contract standards and promote our organizational mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, those recovering from substance abuse, and clients facing developmental challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
