This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.Location: Washington, DC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $288,000 – $432,000 annually### Responsibilities* Develop new federal accounts and expand existing ones to meet revenue targets* Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive account engagement* Establish long-term strategic relationships with key clients* Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance market reach* Lead complex contract negotiations successfully* Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations effectively* Travel to the DC area and other territories as needed### Qualifications* 12+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in Federal Systems Integrators (FSI)* Proven track record in selling complex services and solutions* Strong skills in territory development and customer relationship management* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and networks* Extensive network within the Defense Industrial Base* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience### Benefits* Health, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) savings plan* Flexible spending account options* Paid time off including parental leave* Equity opportunities, where applicable* Support for employee well-being and professional developmentOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
