Job Description Job Title: Desktop Support Representative Onsite Support Location: North Quincy, MA Duration: 1+ years Skills Overview Deskside Support Tech. Must be experienced in DESKSIDE support Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. Remote take-over skills a plus. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients.
