About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial motion, from pipeline advancement to market intelligence feedback. This includes co-selling alongside founders for the first 60 days and then leading independently, breaking into new accounts from cold, and managing enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buying committees. The role demands a target of 6 closed enterprise partnerships in the first year, with a focus on large US health systems. The Head of Sales will be expected to own the entire sales process, from meeting preparation to deal diagnosis, and to be adept at translating value across various stakeholder levels. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of enterprise health system sales experience at the C-suite level, with a proven track record of closing deals in large US health systems. The ideal candidate will have a history of closing new logos from cold, not just account expansion, and at least 2 years' experience in selling non-budgeted or emerging category solutions. The role requires the ability to build genuine relationships, both internally and externally, and to be comfortable operating without a finished playbook. Experience in selling AI, governance, or emerging technology solutions into healthcare is preferred, as is a background in actively using AI as a core part of their workflow. The Head of Sales should be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and a strong focus on meeting targets.
