Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care
Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care is seeking a Patient Referral Coordinator to support Intake/Admissions. You will enter new patient referrals, capture demographic and insurance data, and ensure accuracy in the EMR system to help patients start services. The role requires strong data entry skills, 45 wpm typing, and comfort using VPNs and Microsoft Office.
