Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative discussions during Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and evaluations that shape our clients' therapeutic journeys.

• Conduct thorough client assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide updates, ensuring the delivery of timely and impactful therapeutic services.

• Prioritize client confidentiality by adhering to strict ethical standards and maintaining the integrity of all client records, demonstrating professionalism in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
