Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to clients exhibiting symptoms of serious mental illnesses or intense emotional challenges in both office settings and the community.

• Develop, document, and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings to determine the immediate and ongoing needs of clients and coordinate referrals for additional services as necessary.

• Collaborate with a team of social workers and healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment that promotes not just treatment but also empowerment and skills development for clients.

• Manage a client caseload that encompasses individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy, maintaining detailed and timely documentation of progress and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
