Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport through effective communication and active listening skills.

• Conduct regular meetings to review client progress, plan for future sessions, and provide timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and closely monitor personalized treatment plans that resonate with each client’s needs and goals.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and comprehensive progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather vital information for effective treatment planning.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Participate actively in individual supervision to promote continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing effective therapy.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, for clinical documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Employees can expect to earn a competitive annual salary between USD 75,000 and 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
