Quality Inspector

Nextaff is seeking a productive and safety conscious Quality Control Associate in Lebanon, TN. What You'll Receive Salary: $18-$20 per hour. Benefits available Day 1 (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, etc.). Weekly pay is issued every Friday. Both Full‑time and Part‑time positions are available. What You'll Do Read, interpret, and apply Company Policy and Procedures. Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer. Identify damaged product at any point in the warehousing process and take appropriate action when discovered. Pull orders accurately as assigned. Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: the number of pallets picked and the stage location. Prepare receiving, storage, and shipping documentation, retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process. Be aware of and follow location- and work center safety and security policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines. Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities. What You'll Need To Have High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time. Good attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. High level of accuracy. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work overtime (Required). Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug screen (Required). Job Type: Full-time.
