We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus.

Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an expectation of occasional evening or weekend hours, depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients’ lives.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate impactful interventions.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, therapeutic options, and self-management strategies to empower their recovery process.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and medical professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment strategies in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and enhance your clinical skills.

• Advocate for clients, emphasizing the importance of breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals experiencing mood disorders. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, understanding their unique challenges and providing empathetic support. Our clientele often includes adults grappling with significant life transitions, affecting their mental health, requiring tailored approaches to therapeutic care.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Additionally, candidates must possess a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

While all applications will be reviewed, we prefer candidates with at least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders. An established proficiency in evidence-based treatment models, particularly CBT and DBT, is essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to engage effectively with medical professionals is highly advantageous.
