Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Rebuild Self, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and various life challenges. Your ability to empathize and adapt to each client's unique situation will be crucial in providing effective therapy that promotes healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in providing therapy, with an emphasis on treatment planning and virtual care methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools to facilitate therapy and maintain detailed records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
