Apple Autos is seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead our sales department. If you have a passion for automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate the car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee the entire car sales process, from customer engagement to delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience and satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
