About the Role:
Join WINGS OVER FATE as our Kitchen Manager, where you'll lead a passionate team in crafting delicious, mouth-watering wings and more! This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff management.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Develop and implement new menu items to enhance customer experience.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
Monitor food costs and labor to meet budgetary goals.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for food and a commitment to quality.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
