Work Environment\n

This position will be predominantly remote, allowing flexibility in work-life balance while also offering opportunities to meet within our outpatient office as needed for collaborative team tasks or training. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify symptoms of mood and emotional disorders, while analyzing patterns within family dynamics.

• Collaborating with clients to create and implement customized treatment plans that address specific needs, using therapeutic frameworks such as systems and narrative therapy.

• Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing clinical assessments and progress monitoring.

To succeed in this position, you must possess:
