Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct structured therapy sessions focusing on specific clinical issues, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Family Systems Therapy.

• Work in partnership with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to create a coordinated treatment plan tailored to the children and families you serve, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned in their efforts.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each therapy session, tracking client progress and outcomes to fine-tune therapeutic strategies and interventions as needed.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay current with new treatment approaches and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

• Lead community workshops and support groups to educate families about mental health issues and promote wellness strategies outside of therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Peaceful Mind Recovery Clinic, you will be working primarily with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma. Our clinic serves a diverse population from Ontario and surrounding areas, emphasizing culturally competent and sensitive therapeutic practices that resonate with the unique backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is required, candidates with experience in teletherapy and familiarity with online therapy platforms will be favored. Previous experience working with children and adolescents, as well as knowledge of family systems' dynamics, will be considered strong assets as we serve a broad demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes full medical, dental, and vision insurance.
