Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide professional mental health counseling services to clients, tailoring each approach to fit individual needs and circumstances.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and challenges of each client, continually adapting strategies based on client feedback and progress.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, whether individual or group-based, to facilitate healing and growth, employing evidence-based practices and methodologies.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Guide clients in developing healthier coping mechanisms for managing emotional distress and enhancing emotional stability.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers when necessary, making referrals to external resources to support client needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with individuals, couples, and families grappling with a diverse array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your work will be pivotal in creating a healing environment that resonates with clients at various stages of their therapeutic journeys, encouraging them to engage authentically and productively in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active LMFT licensure in the State of California.

• At least two years of experience in clinical therapy settings, working effectively with individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
