Supporting a team of editors in a remote capacity, the full-time Editorial Assistant will manage scheduling, maintain publishing lists, and assist with manuscript development for various licensed book formats. Key responsibilities Scheduling meetings and maintaining publishing lists Writing title information sheets and creating presentation decks for licensors and sales conferences Assisting the editorial team with manuscript and book development, including brainstorming new ideas Required qualifications BA in English Interest in and enthusiasm for licensed book publishing Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Excellent organizational skills Virtual Vocations Inc
