Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Care: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive aftercare plans tailored to their individual needs, ensuring successful transitions upon program discharge.

• Documentation: Complete all required documentation in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

• Case Management: Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and case management activities, including utilization reviews, to coordinate care effectively.

• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support during crises, employing effective intervention strategies and resources.
\n
• Community Advocacy: Research, refer, and advocate for community resources—such as housing, food assistance, and healthcare services—to enhance client well-being and recovery.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our detox center, you will support a diverse population of individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree: An earned master’s degree in social work from an accredited graduate program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
