About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Vice President of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compensation and benefits. This role involves working closely with the executive leadership team to develop a 3-year HR roadmap that aligns with the company's growth goals, as well as advising on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design. The Interim VP of HR will also be tasked with establishing career pathways, succession plans, and developing and implementing employee training programs, including leadership development. Applicants must have at least 10 years' of recent, relevant experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role, and experience in consultative positions. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment is a plus. The Interim VP of HR will be expected to maintain compliance with labor laws, address employee concerns, and implement new HR strategies to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace. Coaching the executive team and ensuring the optimization of company benefits offerings are also key responsibilities. The position is temporary, with the potential for extension or a permanent role, and is 100% onsite.
