Interim Vice President of Human Resources

Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Denver, CO.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Interim Vice President of Human Resources job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years in a senior role and experience in consultative roles.

This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 3-6 months. Depending on our client's needs, it may get extended and/or result in a permanent position in the company. You will earn between $85.00 and $110.00 per hour. You will also be eligible to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities:
-Overseeing all HR operations including Employee Relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
-Working with the executive leadership team to develop a 3-year HR roadmap to align with company growth goals
-Advising the executive leadership team on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design
-Establishing career pathways and succession plans
-Developing and implemented the employee training program including leadership development training
-Reviewing and optimizing company benefits offerings
-Addressing concerns and issues identified through employee engagement surveys in order to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
-Implementing new HR strategies to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace
-Coaching the executive leadership team to navigate future challenges
-Maintaining compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:
-At least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior role
-Experience working in consultative roles
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $85.00 and $110.00
