We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to build a career in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions and leveraging the strength of a high-producing residential office. You will learn to identify opportunities through outbound business development, prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building with property owners, investors, and business professionals. The focus is on creating conversations, uncovering opportunities, and building a pipeline of commercial business while developing the skills needed to work confidently with larger and more complex transactions.

You will gain exposure to multiple commercial asset types while learning how to evaluate properties, analyze income potential, understand market trends, and communicate effectively with investors and owners. Through real-world experience and ongoing coaching, you will continue developing the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate commercial transactions from initial conversations through closing.

$160,000 at plan commissions

• Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
• Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
