Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, reviewing pertinent medical history and implementing specific assessments to establish treatment benchmarks.
• Effectively communicate findings and treatment plans to patients and their families, incorporating their insights into goal-setting for rehabilitation.
• Implement personalized treatment protocols based on clinical assessments, patient presentations, and best practices within a dynamic healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, recognizing and addressing changes in patient conditions that necessitate modifications to care plans.
• Manage discharge planning and follow-up care while ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, progress, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Exhibit exceptional time management skills to meet productivity expectations, maintain punctuality for professional duties, and actively participate in community outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to the achievement and enhancement of departmental objectives and compliance with all governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities, and also take on the role of clinical instructor for aspiring physical therapy students.
• Enhance patient access and experience by demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in care delivery, actively contributing to initiatives focused on removing barriers to accessible physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Better Living Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse demographic of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic illnesses, and other conditions that affect mobility and physical function. Qualifications

Preferred Experience
