This position is offered in a remote capacity, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a part of the Children's Services team, the LCSW will utilize online platforms and tools to connect with families and facilitate assessments. Despite the distance, teamwork remains a cornerstone of our operations through regular virtual meetings and collaborative service planning.

Key Responsibilities\n

The LCSW will engage in a variety of vital tasks including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays.

• Participating in the development and implementation of individualized family service plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with child and family needs.

• Monitoring and evaluating progress against established outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Providing ongoing emotional support and guidance to families, empowering them to enhance their child's development through evidence-based practice.

• Utilizing a coaching model to deliver effective interventions in natural learning environments, maximizing the effectiveness of developmental strategies employed.

• Maintaining compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations governing child services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus specifically on young children, particularly babies and toddlers, who exhibit developmental disabilities or delays during their critical early years. By working closely with families and other caregivers, you will directly impact children's physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during this formative stage of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• A valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
