This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while contributing to a greater cause. The role requires participation in online meetings with multidisciplinary teams and collaboration with educators and families to enhance the services we provide. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for children ages 0-3, using standardized tools and observations to identify developmental delays.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal support for each child.

• Provide ongoing support and resources to families, guiding them through challenges associated with their child's developmental journey.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model to empower families, engaging them in naturalistic teaching methodologies that promote learning within everyday contexts.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding early intervention practices, safeguarding both children and service providers.

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

This role directly impacts infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
