Operations Agent

Our client in Sharon Hill is seeking an Operations Agent! Details for Operations Agent:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11am-6:30pm

Pay rate: $20/HR

Healthcare benefits after 30 days!

Description for Operations Agent:

Enter shipment data into computer system to generate required documents and labels, apply rates and charges, arrange export clearance through U.S. Customs

Track shipments with carriers from origin to destination

Arrange pick-up of shipments from customer or vendor

Arrange flights with airlines for customer shipments, provide flight information and shipment details to customers

Print documents for shipments, then assemble and distribute as required for export. Print and apply cargo labels to shipments

Create invoices for customer shipments, third party, and freehouse billings

Provide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding status, transit, or irregularities of shipments

Qualifications for Operations Agent:

Minimum of 2 years within an office/customer service setting

Data entry experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
