Details for Operations Agent:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11am-6:30pmPay rate: $20/HRHealthcare benefits after 30 days!Paid weeklyDescription for Operations Agent:Enter shipment data into computer system to generate required documents and labels, apply rates and charges, arrange export clearance through U.S. CustomsTrack shipments with carriers from origin to destinationArrange pick-up of shipments from customer or vendorArrange flights with airlines for customer shipments, provide flight information and shipment details to customersPrint documents for shipments, then assemble and distribute as required for export. Print and apply cargo labels to shipmentsCreate invoices for customer shipments, third party, and freehouse billingsProvide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding status, transit, or irregularities of shipmentsQualifications for Operations Agent:Minimum of 2 years within an office/customer service settingData entry experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
