Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring tailored mental health support.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individual clients, adapting strategies as necessary to meet unique needs.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure cross-disciplinary support for clients, enhancing continuity of care and improving patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, fostering accountability and professionalism.

The LPC will work primarily with individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health care, including those facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
