We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to generate new business, build a sales pipeline, and close both regional & national home improvement accounts. This is a hands-on sales position focused on prospecting, developing relationships with decision-makers, presenting Networx solutions, negotiating agreements, and converting prospects into paying enterprise customers.

You will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects, managing the sales process from initial outreach through close, and growing relationships after the initial sale. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who is comfortable making calls, sending outbound emails, conducting meetings, traveling to meet prospects, and representing Networx at industry conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Conduct outbound sales activities including phone calls, email, LinkedIn, meetings, presentations, and other prospecting channels.
• Identify and engage decision-makers including contractors, business owners, sales and marketing leaders, and C-level executives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and other business arrangements.
• Attend and actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and other in-person events to generate leads, develop relationships, and close new business.
• Develop relationships with key strategic partners and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase customer value and revenue.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Networx products, services, competitive positioning, and the home improvement lead-generation market.
• Communicate sales opportunities, challenges, forecasts, and priorities to management.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to successfully onboard and support new customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role is a must.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and closing sales.
• Proven experience building and managing an active sales pipeline.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting, including phone and email outreach.
