Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that foster connection among clients, encouraging them to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions, guiding clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping mechanisms, and create actionable plans for personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is mandatory.

• Experience: Proven experience in mental health treatment, particularly with individuals experiencing mood disorders, in either residential or outpatient settings.
