Marketing Assistant

We are looking to add a skilled, motivated marketing administrative assistant to our collegiate team in Cochran, GA. Answering incoming calls, screening and directing calls to appropriate contact or voicemail. Greeting and assisting visitors. Handling administrative tasks related to internal meetings and events, including managing internal conference and training room bookings, food and beverage arrangements, and ensuring cleanliness. Handles administrative tasks related to external meetings and events, including sourcing external meeting spaces, contract negotiations, and arranging food and beverages. Other tasks as needed. Designing printed materials, promotions, packaging, and other special projects. Coordinating the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials. Working with internal staff, vendors, and customers to complete promotional programs. Providing creative support to business dining accounts.

Must-haves: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years experience in an administrative or marketing role Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. Excellent creative and design skills. Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of marketing principles. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Quark. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Nice-to-haves: Prior experience marketing in the foodservice industry. Associates or bachelors in business or marketing.
