Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and symptoms of major mental illness, conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting to meet the unique needs of diverse populations.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment strategies based on feedback and clinical judgment.

• Actively participate in team meetings and treatment planning sessions to better align services with organizational goals and client needs.

• Identify and report unsafe situations, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.

• Assist with crisis intervention strategies as needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Document client interactions and outcomes in compliance with ethical and professional guidelines, ensuring timely report submission and data collection.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery within the detox center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves adults experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
