Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and discuss coverage options that offer real peace of mind.
Review existing policies with current clients to ensure their protection keeps pace with their life changes.
Provide helpful, accurate information that simplifies the insurance process for everyone you talk to.
Manage your daily activity to meet goals while maintaining a focus on high-quality service.
Collaborate with our agency team to foster a positive, supportive environment where everyone succeeds.
Contribute to local community efforts that build trust and long-term relationships.
Requirements
California Property Casualty Insurance License.
Previous experience working in a customer-facing sales role.
Clear and articulate verbal communication skills.
Comfortable utilizing computer systems and digital tools to manage client data.
Genuine desire to help neighbors protect their assets and their families.
