Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment programs based on their individual circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at the Social Trauma Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, children, and adolescents. Our focus includes assisting clients from various backgrounds, with particular attention to individuals of color and the LGBTQIA community, ensuring that all clients feel understood and valued. You will engage with clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction, facilitating their healing and growth through empathetic and targeted interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A current and valid state-issued LMFT license is mandatory.

• At least two years of full-time counseling experience demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Experience working with couples, families, children, or adolescence, with a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
