Job Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate tailored therapeutic strategies to help them achieve functional goals
• Implement Evidence-Based Treatment: Apply researched interventions to enhance patients' mobility, cognition, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses for a comprehensive, all-inclusive approach to patient care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guides and support to patients and caregivers to facilitate progress beyond the therapy setting
• Track Patient Progress: Continuously assess clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans to ensure effective patient journeys

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development encouraged and supported

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required
