Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with client needs and goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, with group sizes capped at eight clients to foster meaningful interactions.

• Participate in ongoing case discussions to not only enhance your clinical skills but also to share successful strategies that promote effective client care.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to deliver care, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

• Document client progress accurately and maintain compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Engage in professional development opportunities, including accessing free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to fulfill licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Harmony Wellness, our primary client focus includes adolescents and young adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. This encompasses conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a therapist, you will engage with a diverse clientele, encouraging resilience and long-term recovery through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Possession of a valid and independent mental health license (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT) is preferred.
\n
• For junior-license individuals, supervision will be provided as they work towards full licensure.
\n
• Availability to commit a minimum of 12 hours per week as a contractor or a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours weekly if classified as a W2 employee.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with virtual therapeutic tools is advantageous.

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
