Sales Development Representative, New Markets

Responsibilities KPI/metric driven role, constant monitoring on performance and role carries a quota Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify New Markets prospective customers Able to make at least 65 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives with a high conversion rate of at least 85% Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to have meaningful conversations with our prospects to understand the challenges they face Identify and communicate how Resi can help Use best-in‑class software like Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline Familiarity with Social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and an understanding of Social Selling Work with a team of like-minded individuals to achieve targets Some familiarity with an ABM “go to market” strategy is helpful Requirements Experience working with New Markets/Vertical across Education, Government and Live Events across public and private events is recommended and preferred. Sales experience talking over the phone: courteous, well spoken, curious and good at asking questions Able to connect prospects business needs to Resi’s SaaS solutions Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce and Outreach are a plus) Positive outlook and resilience with your team and customers is desired Strong communication skills - written and verbal #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
