Description:

The Senior FP&A Analyst position will provide support to business leaders with respect to calculating financial results for Red Oak initiatives and providing insights into marketplace trends. Additional responsibilities include monitoring product/supplier performance and potential risks and opportunities to parent company monthly forecasts.

This position is within a fast paced, collegial environment, providing the right individual with an opportunity for career advancement and the ability to learn aspects of both Cardinal and CVS Health parent companies.

Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and evaluate financial performance of Red Oak initiatives

•Prepare analytics and monthly reporting to support monthly financial forecasts including scenario analysis, marketplace events and inflation/deflation of product costs

•Develop analysis to support new generic launches, including volume and product availability

•Assist in the development of annual budgets and help prepare analysis to support budget presentations

•Provide support for special projects and adhoc analysis as needed

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

•2+ years of relevant business/analytical experience

•Working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting principles

•Successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail but also be able to understand the concepts

•Strong PC skills, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

•Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and flexibility to work on multiple projects

•Team oriented, collaborative and motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

•Pharmaceutical industry experience

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $67,000.00 - $87,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a Red Oak bonus in addition to the base pay range listed above.
