Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic assessments and provide psychotherapy services effectively through telehealth platforms, in-office sessions, or a hybrid model that accommodates client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare guidelines.

• Engage deeply with clients to develop treatment plans based on their individual needs, while employing evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach.

• Increase your caseload by attracting 15-35 additional clients, fostering long-term relationships that support their mental health journeys.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, teens, geriatrics, couples, and military veterans. Compensation and Benefits\n
