Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate, always adapting treatment strategies as needed.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess person-centered treatment plans that align with the clients’ goals and needs.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and progress notes, ensuring accurate records that adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information about clients and guide initial treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based techniques to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions, actively seeking feedback and professional development opportunities.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPCC at Hopestone, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population that may include individuals dealing with psychiatric conditions, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and valid LPCC licensure.
\n
• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements as necessary for clinical practice.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience in psychiatric care or substance abuse treatment.

• Experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and delivering both individual and group therapy.
\n
• Proficient in using technology and maintaining documentation, demonstrating basic keyboarding skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between $75,000 and $104,000 per year, complemented by additional bonus opportunities.
