Working from home allows for flexibility in your schedule, while still adhering to our structured hours of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, aiding in the formulation of a comprehensive treatment plan.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment strategies that align with their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and healthy self-care practices to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Monitor and document client progress effectively, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients with complex needs.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals and families facing challenges related to divorce and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
