Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner at Northern Infinite Well Hospital, your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive health assessments to diagnose and treat complex illnesses, ensuring you address all aspects of the patient's health.
• Administering therapeutic interventions such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and other minor procedures that fall within your scope of practice.
• Utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based practice to guide patient care, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
• Documenting patient encounters with precision to maintain accurate health records and facilitate seamless continuity of care.
• Analyzing diagnostic test results, developing appropriate treatment plans, and coordinating follow-up care for patients.
• Providing education to patients and families regarding health management, acute illness treatment, and lifestyle modifications.
• Facilitating difficult conversations about end-of-life options and goals of care with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborating effectively with all members involved in managing the patient's care, including family members and other healthcare providers.
• Proactively identifying and addressing challenges that affect patient care delivery.
• Adhering to established clinical and safety standards, and consistently striving for excellence in all interactions with patients and clients.
• Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging healthcare trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will serve a diverse patient population, including those who may have difficulties accessing traditional healthcare services. Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active, unrestricted state nursing license in Florida.
• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty, with a history of providing high-quality patient care.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with patients and families effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
