Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to communicate patient progress and collaborate on care strategies that align with clinical objectives.

• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, including the Code of Conduct, while addressing compliance questions or reporting any suspected violations promptly.

• Document all interactions and interventions accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our designated electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of employment.
